Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
