Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Mill Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
