Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Austin serving students and families, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
