Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in San Antonio, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
