Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
