Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
