Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Savannah, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
