Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
