Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
