Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Northwind Vale Community Partners is a nonprofit in Orlando supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
