Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wren Arts Center and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
