Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Orlando, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
