Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
