Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bright Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Austin working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
