Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oakland area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
