Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
