Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Redstone Rook Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
