Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Bluepeak Ashton Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Boise, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
