Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
