Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
