Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
