Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
