Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
