Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Orchard Care Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
