Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Northwind Wilder Housing manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
