Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Housing and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 811 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
