Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
