Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Northwind Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
