Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
