Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
