Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 444 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
