Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Greenridge Linden Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Boise, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
