Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
