Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Summit Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Baltimore area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
