Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Birmingham, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
