Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Loom Property Management is a Raleigh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
