Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
