Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
