Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Cedar Sable Community Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
