Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Fresno, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
