Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
