Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
