Harborlight Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
