Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Foxglove Cross Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
