Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
