Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
