Highbridge Umber Arts Center is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
