Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Philadelphia caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
