Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lakeside Civic Services and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
