Senior Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Orlando, FL)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Orlando with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
